Aardvarks Termite Inspection Process
At Aardvark Pest Pro we know the importance of a termite inspection, either for a home purchase, refinance, or peace of mind. We are WDI Category 12 licensed, fully trained, and ready to give you outstanding service!
Aardvark Pest Pro will come out to your home or property and complete a full inspection of the whole house and other dwellings if applicable. We search the house top to bottom looking for even the smallest sign of wood destroying insects, termite damage or signs of a termite infestation. We also inspect the exterior of the home and detached buildings. At the end of the inspection we deliver you a report of our findings including pictures as well as the NPMA-33 form.
How to prepare for your WDI inspection
Know what structures need to be included in the WDI inspection. This is important if there is a purchase contract.Share with us information regarding the purchase timeline so we can schedule in sufficient time.Have on hand a copy of the seller disclosure form. This form discloses issues like structural problems, roof damage, water leaks, and any past WDI inspections or treatments.Provide our termite inspectors adequate space to complete the inspection. Remove clutter from the perimeter walls, underside of decks and porches. Clear areas like crawl spaces and attics.Secure any and all pets on the property. Our inspectors are not responsible for pets on the property.Notify neighbors if our inspector needs to access their property to inspect nearby structures.Do not remove evidence of prior wood destroying insects.

Not to worry. Aardvark pest pro not only does termite inspections but also termite treatment. If your home shows signs of wood destroying organisms like termite activity, rest assured. As an experienced pest control company we have the know-how to remediate your problem.
Wood Destroying Insect Inspection (WDI Inspection)

What is a Wood destroying insect inspection?
Similar to a home inspection, wood destroying insect inspections, also known as wood destroying organism inspections or termite inspections are generally performed for the purpose of a real estate transaction like when a home is sold. They can also be done for homeowners if they believe they might have termites or other wood destroying insects on their property. During a WDI inspection, the inspector will perform a thorough inspection of all areas (inside and out) of the structures included in the inspection.
What Is A NPMA-33 Report?
An NPMA-33 form is used to report damage or activity of wood destroying insects. These insects include termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and powder post beetles.
